My name is Heather Ireton, and I am a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach and a Licensed Massage Therapist. My coaching practice is available both online and in-person. For the outdoorsy and the outdoors-curious, I host small group events that incorporate coaching into day hikes right here in stunning north Idaho. My massage practice is primarily based around structural integration, and I offer bodywork services from the Wellness Ranch in Moscow, Idaho.
